In other words, you should be able to show your Use Case diagrams to your client or boss and they should be able to glean a high level understanding of how users interact with the system. Use Case diagrams build on to your requirements document and are intended to be readable by both technical and non-technical people. Use Case diagrams illustrate your system requirements in terms of system users and the actions they perform.
